Non-fat celery burger recipe

Materials:

– 2 celery pieces

– 1 egg

– 1 coffee cup of flour

– 1 coffee cup of breadcrumbs

– 1 teaspoon of salt

– Lemon

– Liquid oil

– 1 liter of water

For Sauce:

– 1 clove of garlic

– 1 teaspoon mustard

– 1 cup of strained yogurt

– Lettuce

– dill

Preparation of:

Chop the celery into rings. Squeeze some salt and a few drops of lemon into the boiling water and boil the celery. Dip the boiled celery first in flour, then in egg, and then in breadcrumbs and fry both sides in a little oil.

In a bowl, mix the yogurt, garlic and mustard. Serve the fried celery burgers with the sauce, lettuce and dill.
