Unleavened bagel recipe

Materials

– 2 eggs

– 4 tablespoons of yogurt

– 2 tablespoons of vinegar

– 1.5 packets of baking powder

– 2 teaspoons of salt

– 4 glasses of flour

-1 water glass measure of oil

Fabrication

In an empty bowl, mix the eggs, yogurt and vinegar. In another bowl, mix the flour, salt, baking powder and add the liquid mixture little by little and knead until smooth.

While shaping the dough, take the oil in the pan and start heating it. Then, roll out the dough you prepared to a thickness of half a cm, cut it with a knife or a glass and fry it in hot oil. The hotter your oil is, the less oil the dough will absorb.

Turn the fried dough over and when it turns golden on both sides, put it on a paper towel and drain the excess oil. Serve hot.

Enjoy your meal…
