Sausage Meatballs Recipe

Materials

– 500 g ground beef, double shot

– 100 g of ground tallow

– 1 teaspoon of hot ground red pepper

– 1 teaspoon sweet paprika powder

– 1 teaspoon of black pepper

– 1 teaspoon of allspice

– 1 teaspoon of cumin

– 4 cloves of garlic

– 1 teaspoon salt

Fabrication

Take the ground beef, tallow and spices into the mixing bowl. Puree the garlic and add it to it and knead all the ingredients well.

Wrap the meatballs you prepared tightly in cling film and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours. In this way, both your meatballs will not distort their shape and the spices will work well into the minced meat.
