Vegan flourless brownie recipe

Materials

– ¾ cup peanut butter

– ½ cup of maple syrup or honey

– 3 tablespoons of chia seeds

– 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract

– ½ cup of cocoa powder

– ½ teaspoon of baking powder

– ½ cup of almond or soy milk

– ½ cup dark chocolate chips

Fabrication

Mix chia seeds with half a glass of water. Let stand 5-10 minutes (stirring in between) until thickened. Stir in the peanut butter, maple syrup, chia seed mixture, and vanilla extract.

Then add the cocoa powder, baking soda, and almond milk and mix until combined. Add the chocolate pieces and fold them to ensure a homogeneous distribution by mixing.

Pour onto a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 15 minutes. Slice and serve while warm or after cooling.
