Creamless mushroom pasta is one of the great weekend recipes for those who want to try different cuisines. Whether you use whole wheat pasta or regular pasta, you will enjoy the protein store mushroom.
Creamy Mushroom Pasta Recipe
– 50 g shiitake mushrooms (soaked in warm water for 15 minutes)
– 100 g oyster mushrooms
– 100 grams of sliced fresh mushrooms
– 1 onion
– 1 clove of garlic
– 1 tablespoon of fresh thyme or fresh parsley (chopped)
– 1 tablespoon of olive oil
– 2 spoonful butter
– 1 packet of pasta (penne or linguine)
– Black pepper
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water for the time indicated on the package. While the pasta is boiling, prepare the sauce.
Saute the onion and garlic in olive oil in a heavy-bottomed saucepan, then add the chopped mushrooms. After the fresh mushrooms are slightly cooked, add some of the water in which you kept the shitake mushrooms. Add salt, butter and herbs and cook for another 5-6 minutes.
Drain the pasta and add to the sauce and mix. Take the pasta into plates and serve with fresh black pepper.
