Materials

– 1/2 cup of boiled chickpeas

– 2 beets

– 2 cloves of garlic

– 5 tablespoons of cottage cheese

– 2 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil

– 1/2 teaspoon of salt

– 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper

– 1/2 teaspoon of paprika (optional)
