Date and Honey Custard

Materials:

1 liter milk

1 egg

20 dates

5 tablespoons of flower honey

2 tablespoons of wheat starch

2 tablespoons of rice flour

Preparation of:

Take out the seeds of the dates, put them in a bowl, put enough boiling water to cover them and wait for them to soften for 15 minutes. Drain the softened dates and whiz with 1 glass of milk in the food processor. Beat 1 egg well in a saucepan. Then add all the ingredients to the pot and mix well, cook on medium heat. Divide your custard into containers and leave to cool. You can serve after cooling.

Paradise date palm, honey fit cup

Materials

2 ripe persimmons of Paradise (Trabzon)

1 large banana

8 tablespoons of tahini

4 tablespoons of flower honey

2 tablespoons crushed walnuts/hazelnuts/almonds  

Preparation of

Peel the persimmons and bananas. Slice the bananas into rounds and arrange in serving bowls. Pour 2 tablespoons of tahini and 1 tablespoon of honey per cup over the bananas (you can increase or decrease this amount according to your taste). Mash the dates by hand or in a food processor. Divide the date puree into the cups. You can pour walnuts, almonds or hazelnuts on it and serve.
